How are disagreements dealt with?
 

1. Chinese social behaviors avoid resorting to Chinese institutions and rather opt for a third party, usually, an old person, who's loud and wise.

 

2. Chinese people want to end conflicts with harmony. Harmony is soft and fluid.

 

3. Chinese avoid finger pointing each other while having a disagreement, no matter how heated the discussion might get.

 

4. Chinese people have open discussions as a way of problem solving.
